As people we are limited by the way we take in information about a place. When we experience a place we can only see one scene at a time, it is easy for us to gravitate to the familiar and overlook the parts of a place that we don’t identify with. In this series I bring together multiple images from each Philadelphia neighborhoods to construct a space that may be both familiar and disorienting in order to explore the diversity that make up each neighborhood’s unique cultural identity.
